as of 11-12-11 the new side panels have been welded to the original sheetmetal, new corner pieces installed..and the side grab irons are back on....

HAven't updated this in MONTHS!!!! MY Bad    This is how #6 appeared on 2-25-12..The badly rusted curved edges of the roof have been replaced but have not yer received their "rivet" details

..On 4-12-12 the "rivets" have been added and the blocking and frames have been removed from the cupola end windows..Also the lower wooden window frames have been re-installed

...as of yesterday (6-27-12) #6 is being sand-blasted in preparation for PAINT!!!!!

Looking through the end door (6-27-12) you can see what remains inside,,not much except wooden floor boards and SAND!!!!

The "RDG CO" stamped leaf spring caboose truck that just showed up recently..Guess they're planning on replacing #6's freight car trucks with something more appropriate.....
