Sorry superbird but 866 never made it out of Shenango to my knowledge due to mechanical problems. It was replaced by 907.

Sorry Brock, but I saw it with my own two eyes at Hamburg Rd., Route 58, and Orr Rd. I'll post the pictures to prove it in a few minutes. Yes they did uncouple from it at the shops and yes 907 was there. However 900 and 907 were joined as a new two unit set just minutes after 866 and co. departed for Shenango and points south. Dunno where you heard 907 was being put with 904 and 905.

Thats what I get for sleeping with the scanner on. When I wake up sometimes I get confused weather something was a dream, or wether it was something I heard on the scanner in my sleep. I dream about SD38's SD45's and tunnelmotors everyday. So sometimes its confusing. Thanks for the correction and the pics Bobbo. LOL

I'd be interested as well. It would seem RP has few of the DM&I itself as I did a quick search for it.

Honestly, being that is the first T-motor to ever see CN paint, it does look really sharp. But we all know in a couple of years it will be faded and peeling off cause the paint CN uses is crap!

Saw 866 for the first time today!!!!! Caught her at the last minute coming out of NB at the north end of the Allegheny River Bridge at around 3:30pm, right after devouring one of Primanties awsome pizzas . Had to drag a non railfan along, he didnt seem to understand............ I REALLY like 866's horn tho, wouldnt mind recording that sometime.
