It will be 98, as 58 is out for inspection. 58 is expected to be out in October for it's Centennial.

From what I've heard, 98 is more often used for Mt. Cuba runs, while 58 regularly runs to Hockessin as it can do it alone.

Just letting you guys know that.

(And for the record, would you believe that the 114 and 8408 weigh more than than 58 and 98? )

That surprised me. I would assume the steamers would weigh more

58 eh? Even better! I wanna see 58 by herself more than 98, because I saw 98 on the front of the doubleheader back in May. Thanks for the info, wwbackshop!

And welcome to the forums, I might add.

Two seperate responses with two different answers!

I would imagine wwbackshop is a little closer to the action, but the "probabaly" statement to both leaves it completely open.

So, which one is it?

Sorry, I was thinking of the "Colorado's Scenic Train Rides". Not the "America by Rails".

It's wwbackshop who's right... I got them mixed up. From what I remember, 58 will be running through October for a very special occasion, as 98 is getting it's annual.

My bad

All depends on the demand. Can't tell that far ahead.

Anybody happen to know which engine will be in charge for tomorrow's Autumn Leaf Special and Sunday's Halloween Trains?
