Alright now moving on to something different.  The engineer gave 2 loud blasts of the whistle scaring the crap out of everybody and she literally thundered out of the station.

Wow. This is just raw power. Just a special photo Colin. Not everyone is as lucky to witness such a sight, much less catch it on camera. Nice work!

Colin, I can't stop looking at your photos! It makes me anticipate my visit this Saturday even more! Is anybody that's on here gonna be at the RR on Saturday as well?

Again, great job Colin. These have to be your best photos so far.

I made my first visit to the W&W today, and brought my new friend Dallas along as well. He, as well as I, enjoyed our trip very much. We first got to the station about 15 mins after the 12:30 left. So, we got out to look around a bit before we went chasing.

We then headed off the Barely Mill Road crossing to wait for the 4662 to return. The Doodlebug was running today, but that didn't ruin the experience. Here you can see the old washed out track and the new track. The line has a lot of 132LB rail!

Today was one of the FIRST runs to Mt. Cuba in 3+ years! And this was my first visit to, so it was a real treat.

On the return trip, the 'Motorman' was kind enough to let Dallas and I stand up front with him as he explained to us about the Railcar (how it works, what runs what, etc...).
