According to a Ron Stafford post over on Yahoo BL Group, NS has issued an order to turn off most of the line signals North of Lock Haven. The reason? Traffic no longer warrants TCS.

Slip sliding away, slip sliding away…

According to the Yahoo BL Group, today is the last day to observe or photograph Pennsy position light signals:

"NS is expected to turn off the signals from CP S Driftwood to CP N Drury on Monday 1/22.

if you want to see the PRR position lights in service in this area, today is the last day, unfortunately."
