I was very excited when the LA&L expanded northward into Rsuh, Henrietta nad Chili back in the spring of 1996. At the time, there was no car and thus no chase vehicle. I could and di take the bus to Henrietta so I could take shots at Jefferson Road.  
 
Flash forward 2 decades and I'm the proud owner of Saturn #4. And almost to the day, I went out in the pursuit of the LA&L again.
 
The turn to Chili had already left by the time I got to the shop, but S2 #72 and RS36 #418 were sitting out in front of it.
 

 
 
 
 

 
Even eith the local already out, there was still plent of freight in the yard:
 

 
Number 428 was getting some TLC in the shop:  
 

 
Number 319 si exGBW/CR.PC.PRR. She will be the 5th active C424m in the LA&L family when she returns to revenue freight service.

The Alco Centuries reutrned to Gensee Junction as a light engine move beceause NS hadn't dropped off any cars (at Silver Springs) for the R&S to.
