And last but not least, a GVT train passing the train on display near the trolley museum.

That concludes my pictorial. Hope you enjoy them.

On my trip I also rode the trolleys and enjoyed the ride a lot. Thanks for suggesting it guys. Are there any plans to extend the trolley track farther? How do they get the trolleys from the museum to the track that they run the trips on?

Hi RNAddict. To answer some of your questions, the trolley ride now goes to the Lackawanna County Stadium to a museum and restoration facility, the ride is now extended as far as it will go. The little 4-6-0 is former NKP #44, it also served on the Dansville and Mount Morris. The Lackawanaa switcher is former Wabash #3132, I hope this helps.

Thanks for the compliments guys. In my opinion, I think this is the best overall set of pictures I have ever taken. It was hard to choose which ones to post, so here is one more...

I think that this is an awesome shot. Not a commonplace one. Let me know what you think, I am trying out more and more of these shots.

[And in a later post...]

Any info on this locomotive? It looks rather shiny compared to the other locos.

I like the new shot RN. A different perspective is always neat.

Locomotive #7 is so shiny because (I believe) it had a cosmetic restoration a few years ago.

And if it's so hard to decide which pics to post, post 'em all! That's my rule of thumb.

Great photos RN.

I know it is horrible what is happening to the collection,a once fine collection of steamers, passengers cars and much more.

I hope something happens soon.

I think steamtown owns that.

This is a pic I took at steam town on my trio in late july. We were leaving the shops after the shop tour and I just had to take this shot.
