Does anyone know what the future of these two Canadian Pacific 4-6-2's in Verona, VA that Jack Showalter owns/owned?

I heard sometime ago that they were up for sale, I'm not 100% sure that its true or not though. Here is a picture I took of them this past September.

Last I heard, a new group in Ohio with the intent of running steam excursions was looking into 1238 and 1286 for rebuilding to power these trips. (The same rumor listed C&O 2700 and N&W 578 as well.) How much of a rumor this is, I'm sure will be answered soon eventually

Behind the warehouse in Verona, VA. they are tucked well in the back to keep vandals from them.
