Anyone know how many of the old B&O CPLs remain in the Philly region?  I only know of the one at CP Vine.  Others? Locations?

Some days, the most interesting person you meet is a river with a train running beside it.

Well, ALMOST every signal. When CSX installed the passing siding at Chester, PA and alongside I-95, they installed UP style, long shrouded vertical colorlight signals at the approaches and midpoint of the siding. The CPLs that stood just north of the siding where removed when it went into service.

I ran across a CPL at Mt. Jewett PA, along the Knox & Kane, when I checked out the destruction of the Kinzua Viaduct in 2003.

The signals in Mt. Jewett are still active.  I was there a few days ago while checking up on the B&P.

Chased the B&P on 03-08-10 and one highlight was the B&O signals in Mt. Jewett.  Well here they are.
