Appears a bus got hit this morning in Evans City, PA. One (lady age 91) killed, others injured. Elderly and "developmentally challenged" passengers on the way to a Life Center.

Foggy. Report says bus stopped on the tracks, oncoming freight (unsignalled crossing) tried to stop and blew the horms, but - BANG. Somebody with the bus outfit says it didn't stop on the tracks, stopped before the tracks as it was supposed to and then went across. Implication - didn't see the train in the fog and (maybe) train wasn't blowing for the crosing.
