Does that mean they are now originating the road train at Pittston based on the above power assignment?  If so, that'd be a PILE-LEPI instead of the old PEPI-PILE-LEPE arrangement they've been doing that last few years?

Appreciate any updates.

That is correct, it is now the PILE/LEPI.

From what I've seen, the PILE crew departs Pittston around 8 at night, with cars bound for Lehighton, and brings the "fresh" cars to Pittston early in the morning.

The 2003 is OOS......so no horns. It last wore a set of P-3s. The 2004 is currently wearing a P-3. I believe they both came with nathan M-3s from GT.

Both the 2003 and 2004 came with their M-3s still attached when delivered to us at Spring Street. I was the conductor on the turn the night we got them out.

The 802 has the 2003's M-3s. The 803 has the 2004's M-3s. Both sound great, thanks for having them fixed up Steam PWR....

Wow close to nine months since any updates in the motive power realm. Seems railfan.net is in a slump right now across the board, summer vacations etc. But nine months with not a single update on the RBMN power! Any thing new?

The only big news I can think of is the 3056 is being prepped for a replacement engine block. This engine has been OOS for quite some time.

I've seen the 3058 sitting outside of the car shop in various forms of body/paint work being done over the past few weeks.  I would assume she's being prepped for RBMN's scheme.

3058 was being prepped for paint, however, that plan has been sidelined for now as the 3058 is back in service with a modified yellow and gray scheme. The 3056 and 5017 are slowly being reassembled and should be back soon.

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but the 5033 looks to be famous now with its picture on a billboard for "visist carbon county". the billboard is located on 476 about 15 miles south of Allentown.

Caught 802 lashed up with an NS freight heading towards Allentown... ? (pretty sure it was 802 - came up to the bucks and it was already racing by)

Still listed on the roster, was it sold off?

Just seeing if anybody is still out there in RBM&N land.

Lots of changes in motive power since the last post.

Does anybody have a up to date roster?
