I have other things to do, and I'm not going to dig for detail here. Sorry about that! In my own estimation, we have to  
agree what the definition of Lockland, OH is? The point on the STL - East Main? On the CINTI, OH - DET line? Or, both?
 
I'll venture, in the photo, we see the later days of the CINTI - DET schedule. Note it one of the original B & O Domes  
(P-S, low profile). Presumably, it could accommodate coach riders, provision of a lounge, and limited food services.
 
Skilled B & O practitioners encouraged to join the fun here!

Hello Vern....I always thought these cars were owned by the railroad but leased to REX....much like half space on some full baggage cars. RR baggage at one end, Railway Express Agency stuff on the other....Tom
