Hopefully, there isn't already one started, but if there is, it's burried and nobody is playing.......

OK, by now, you should all know the rules (See the CNJ, LV, Lackawanna, EL and reading forums if ya don't)

So, "Where is it?"........

I know where that is so I'll give someone else a chance.

Here's a hint, it was the headquarters of a predecessor.

Thanks, Henry.....Technically, it wasn't a predecessor, as it was a leased RR under operation from the beginning to the end, at least on paper, so maybe where you think it was taken is a different place.....Or, I could be mistaken, LOL!

You are correct, it was leased. I believe the 9999 spent its career on that line until CR sold it off to Midwest Steel in Ohio in 1978.

I know it was based in the Camden, NJ area.......piggybacking on ChessieMike's answer, assuming Pemberton NJ is in the same area.

Appears to be fairly close - look about half-way between Camden and one of the Fort Dix gates, on a pretty direct routing.

With "New" and "Pyramids", we'll take a stab at New Egypt, NJ?
