Peter's Locomotive Works is currently building a NYC Niagara.
 
Currently Pete has been working on the Laird valve guides.

That steel is so hard that Pete toasted 10 end mills cutting those grooves.

It truly amazes me…as seen in this and the previous picture.  Some parts, bolts, screws, and a vast array of scrap Pete has transformed into this beautiful chassis.

Thanks for the update. Shame about the compressor noise, it would have sounded awesome without it.
