When reading through this 1913 article on a Lehigh Valley Mikado, the only date mentioned is 1903.  
The read starts with information on the 1903 N1 class of camelback Mikados. They never give a date for the locomotive pictured in the article.  
You have to go to the top of the page to guess it is around 1913. This article is about the first class of rear cab Wooten firebox Mikado locomotives. It is the N2 class made 1912 -1913.

Here's an index of most of the topics posted so far, at least those done in capital letters. Just click on the text to go to that post.
