Excellent photo and thanks go to both Mr. Pearson and you for sharing it with us. I am certainly grateful that so many people took so many great "west-end" photos of the LV!

With much appreciation!

You are most welcome.

Dick was omnipresent along the LVRR back in the 1960s & 1970s and caught the LV in locations I missed altogether.

He is most kind to share some very rare photos.

And a very Merry Christmas to you folks, as well.

So, we are about 2 months away from the 3rd annual meet up.

Some ideas have been floated around about Manchester & Geneva, which are good with me.

I am available 4/6 , 4/13 0r 4/27.
Not available on 4/20

Let's set a date.

Matt, do you still have contact info from last year?

Hey John,

I can be available for any of the three dates that you're available. Last year's meet-up was a lot of fun. This year we should probably bring our swim trunks and towels!

I'm looking forward to the next one!

I still have the contact list. 4/6, 4/3 or 4/27 all work for me. What do the rest of you think?

Any of those 3 dates will work for me!

Recently picked up copies of track maps for Geneva circa 1917- might be fun to refer to them.  Attached is a smaller version.  Links to the fullsize maps:

Has anyone seen a map for Stanley Junction?

Thanks for securing and posting these maps. These (or copies) plus quite a few more were on ebay a while back.

Ken, thanx for sharing the maps!

Since the "locals" seem pretty flexible about the day of the meet-up, what about folks like darktown2 (Keith B) and TB Diamond (Paul) who don't live in upstate NY? Please let us know what weekend works for y'all.

Due to a couple things going on with my personal life, I'm leaning towards Saturday 4/6. What do the rest of you think?

Since we have a number of yes votes, then we shall proceed with Sat 4/6 for our 3rd annual meet-up.

Scot, have you made any progress with Geneva?

Unless there are any serious objections, I will refer to our group as the Lehigh Valley Apollos and the event as A Walk With The Lehigh Valley RR.

So right now it looks like it will be John, Matt, Scot, Bob, Mark, Ken and myself?

I haven't heard from Keith in awhile.....I hope he is okay! Also I wonder if Doug Elder may make it out for our get-together this year? Or anyone else who wants to join us?

The more, the merrier!
