Thanks to NJ Herald & Sussex Historian, Wayne McCabe:
Sussex County Lost, April 8: McAfee Railroad Station remembered

I saw this earlier. Two corrections to Mr. McCabe's article-

The McAfee and Vernon stations weren't identical- very similar in style, but Vernon is a larger building. (However, both the Vernon and Great Meadows stations were built to the same plan; other than different exterior treatment, they are practically identical to each other.)

And, the McAfee station was not demolished- it still exists, but a few miles north of its original location. In 1936 a Warwick farmer named Fancher bought the station and moved it up the road to his farm, between New Milford and the Village of Warwick. He used it as a tenant house, and it is still there on Rt. 94, across from Wawayanda Road- now a private residence. (A friend was born in that building in 1942- his father was the tenant farmer.)

Marty,
Thanks for update.
When I saw the picture of the McAfee station, I noticed it was not as big as the Vernon Crossing Rd. station, but was somewhat similar style. I used to go by the Vernon station turned delicatessan (now closed I think) many times on way to former job & taking my son to Stockholm for hockey practice.
I will have to go down 94 next time when I'm in the Warwick/New Milford area and check it out.
