Here's a shot of the river taken from my ECI that I took several years ago.

Nice going Roger. Good photos of your layout. The first shot along the river reminds me of the CNJ, and how it got to Allentown.

Roger that was the Atlas station in your last photo. I always like it. A good representation of a rural station, just about everywhere. I have seen where 6 individual shelters were added to each side giving the station a good length.
For me my trains are memories.

This station like all on the X CNJ have been maintained by New Jersey transit.
This is the look of the canopied passenger shelters I am speaking of. They extend out from each station house. Some places they are built on a curved track. I really like the old fashion platform lighting.

Back in the 70's I had the Atlas station with four platform sections. It was my main village passenger station. I even made fiber-optic platform lights for it

Yes, it is the Atlas station. It looks so much like the old Pennsy station here that I had to use it!

Roger here is the photo of the CNJ track heading north in Allentown to the DL&W yard. I am looking south. It follows a small river. I am standing on one bridge it passes under looking at a second one in the distance.

Great photo! Can't help but tease a little. Like to meet the driver who spotted the
Schneider 'pumpkin' behind the telephone booth. Nice job in doing a drop...

Not clear what era approximated here. In earlier part of the 1960s, a great number
of 32' - 35' trailers in service. The 40' types were just coming on line (dependent on
State). None of them the size and length of the visiting 'pumpkin' van...

May we infer the Freightliner, in left in the view, the power to go with the trailer
shown? Too, many service stations also Agency stops for Greyhound and Trailways.
Usually signage on the building. Small town USA, revisited?...

Yes, it is.

The era is approx 1970 and it was a great job parking that trailer.
