Last winter, I worked on some of the latest Walthers Hi Level cars and installed the interior Kit available for the Lounge car.  More to come when the 5 coach cars are done and the Diner car is finished.

*** I posted a original photo of this set. It was in need of repair parts.  I acquired a forth car and made necessary repairs to complete set of car as original. The forth car I made into a observation car. I show it being puller by Mantua CP 4-8-0 old timer.
Next post show set from opposite direction.

This is the Walthers Hi Level El Cap train with Trak Works interiors installed along with led lighting and Alclad window tinting.  It is now an eleven car train and truck details and air hoses and steam lines are still be added.

For those who like unique short line power. Here is a Fleischmann shorty passenger car from a bygone age.

CZ,
The cars are very nice.  The interiors are especially attractive.

My layout requires shortys, so my modern cars are OK/Herkimers.

Hello mister NEFAN. Yes Fleischmann is still making HO trains. The ones I posted were made after WW2. Trains made in the late 1950's were labeled " Made in Western Germany ".
* The small passenger cars I posted are labeled " Made in US Zone ". Probably early 1950's.

Very nice, a real piece of history. I don't know much about the European trains. I like what you have, especially the steam locomotives in green
( the Mallard) and the red/maroon "City of Nottingham."

Does Fleischmann make an engine to go with those cars? A tank engine would be a good choice I would think.

I think they made 2 different 0-6-0t's. Either would have went with them. I still have a few more to post . I have posted 1401 and 1402 next is 1403 another small passenger car, then 1466 a tail end car.
* This is a great car with a lot od detail added. The Open vestibule end with its curved scrolled end roof support is the most striking when viewed. The monitor roof style of clearstory windows add a lot to this car. The fact that there is only a vestibule with out side platform on one side of this first class two compartment car is also a nice feature. The access side steps for non- platform equipped stations add to the great look of this car.
** Here is Fleischmann 1403.
