The colors really helped the ERIE passenger cars to stand out.

Hello Frank...yes, that's the layout. I have no room for it at home so I keep it at my daughter's house in her garage and I've started to work on it again. In fact the layout is a lot closer to you than it is to me as my daughter lives in Bayonne. Here's another view...Tom

Good new Tom. Great to hear you are working it again. I might get to see it someday again. That would be neat. Keep in touch Tom.

* A Fleischmann type 50 decapod, seen with the unique crew cab tender. Fleischmann nicknamed this the "Mustang".

** Here you can seen the Highly Detailed Marx GP7, seen in the background of the last 2 photos, in its UP colors and ATSF lettering. A slightly confused real Marx prototypical paint scheme.

I've been looking for Stillwell coaches to run on my ERIE / EL layout. I found a few over the last few years at shows that required some fix up which helped keep the cost down.

My milk train was in need of one to tag on the end like the prototype. This was my original motivation.

I love those Big PA's on the ERIE milk trains.

My four recent Marx HO train acquisitions are seen here made up as a train. Head ended by a New Haven Hustler diesel, Virginian Coal car, Portland cement car, and Valley Express caboose.

My layout has become the Little critter layout. With all small diesel and steam power taking over. Lots of double heading going on.

After seeing the interesting old time trains that Frank (toptrain) has in his collection, I assembled an old time train with Central valley boxcars and Ambroid coaches. I have a few more that need to go through the shop, but I think this is a good representation of a mixed train of the 1890's era. The IHC ERIE camelback was a good deal and runs well. It is my third IHC engine.
