Taken April 24, 2014
 
The former wye was torn out last fall and is being replaced using a state grant.
 
This is the exBuffalo & Susquehanna grade

The new wye is in service in the Arcade yard!
 
The tail track is about 4 cars long.
 
Sorry, it's a blurry pic.
 
This used to be Buffalo & Susquehanna track. Built in circa 1905 and abandoned in 1917.

These 3 A&A boxcars now sit on disconnected track in the Arcade yard.
 
The new leg of the wye had not been installed yet.

No. The B&P is about 1.5 miles from the wye.
 
The wye was disassembled in the mid 1990s.
 
The wye was put back in to turn equipment.

"Arcade August" was a photo charter held by Dynamo Productions on August 4, 1995 .
 
It's 7am. Very foggy. #18 is going to couple up to the passenger cars for the run to Arcade Junction.
 
Another charter will be help on Oct. 26 and 27 this year. Details here:

#18 passes the 2 coach train to go pick up 2 freight cars for a mixed train
