There was still some action in Massey today. They were working on a new grade crossing in Massey and just east on the Ctown line a contractor was picking up old ties.

I see some new rail and ties have been placed at the side of the tracks in Price.

A lot of the crossings are receiving some work. If you go west towards Worton, there is heavy rail at almost every grade crossing.

One train Monday, Massey to Centreville.

Not MDDE related directly, but thought I'd share this link regarding the Bay Coast car float. Some of our outbound loads are supposed to go this route:

Are they going all the way to Centreville or just Perdue? I may have to sneek out of work for some snow shots.

They are doing some track work in Sudlersville to put in a new signaled grade crossing at the future location of a Middle school. 2,000 feet of new rail and ties. These are from Wed.
