Is 2630 in service yet? And forgive my lack of knowledge about this, but what line does it run on?

Jason can say for sure better then I can, but 2630 isn't quite ready to go back in service. Its back on its trucks and parked inside in Selbyville, but #801 is still working the southern line.

Two trains tomorrow, 9/2

Massey
Selbyville

2630 still needs some mechanical work, and a few odds and ends before it goes back in service.

There is a possibilty that 801 could move back to Massey for the upcoming grain season instead of going back in to Storage in Bishop.

So how will it take until it's back in service? Two weeks at most?

Sorry about the obvious questions, but I just want to try getting this topic more active. I wish I could railfan it more.

If all goes well tomorrow Loco 2630 could be in service. If not then it should be in service in the next week or so.

That's good. So all the CF7's are running now, right? What engines are out of commission, if there are any?

2632 remains out of service.

1202 (in Massey) is still out of service and has been undergoing work. Jason, can you shed some light on whether a rumor I heard about it is true (traction motors)?

Also, didn't the Federalsburg train run yesterday, 9/9/09?

Dudes, this railroad is the former Delmarva Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad.  See TRIUMPH IX by Charles S.Roberts just published for a history of this line.
