Well they run the Octoraro Line down in Southeastern PA. about 2 days a week.  You can find out some more on their web site.

They left enough lead so they can back down into the Toys R Us distribution center. This is where the CNJ's High Bridge Branch has been severed. There are no tracks between High Bridge and this bumper, but the other end is in service from Lake Junction to here.
