I drove by the yard on Tuesday. Lot's of activity with three covered hoppers on the siding.
 
The access road now goes through to Simpson and they have replaced the road bridge.

Its been active, a train daily now. a few days ago they were pulling 44 cars back from the yard. I didn't catch it but a friend did
