I don't recall seeing a plow like this. Something new or a one off? CSX #2720, a GP38-2 at Lumberton, NC. CHESSIEMIKE

I believe the plow on the GP38-2 is cut to allow operation in third rail territory in New York. The yellow edging indicates it approved for operation there. For the Mountain Sub folks Q316-15 came out of Russell today with NS 8162 + NS 7546 & 107 cars. No work between Russell and Parkersburg except for a meet with Q317. NS 8162 is fairly clean so should make some good photos on the way to Cumberland. Train has 2 WE (Wheeling & Lake Erie) boxcars in the consist. No markings except reporting marks but a rare sight. Train went by Pt Pleasant (MP BN172.6) about 330PM.

| The NS units must have came off the train at Grafton. Q316-15 arrived at Keyser, WV around 4:00 am. on Friday the 18th. with CSXT #5325 leading, CSXT # 665 and CSXT #8373 trailing.

Too bad they pulled them off, could have been at Parkersburg. I didn't see Q317-15 so they could have doubled back on it. Q317-16 went into Russell this morning with 5 CSXT units (3094 leader) & 163 cars. Q316-17 is on the River now with 5305 leading. Had more than 100 cars out of Russell.

| The NS pair came east this morning (Saturday Nov. 19th. ) on Q316-16. They were in the trailing position, shut down behind 4 CSXT motors.... I got a couple of shots of them at "Bull Neck Curve" but that was it.
