This is at the South Charleston, WV CSX Yard. I like the 110 air conditioner in front window.

This locomotive is listed as a SW9.
 
Someone sure improvised with the 110 AC!

Thanks Danny, I found some more info. It was a SW8 built in 1953 to the Nickel Plate as #107.Sold to Norfolk & Western as #108.Sold to Sprouse Creek Co. in Williamson,WV. Sold to Stirrat Coal Co. in 2006. J&M Loco CO. bought it for scrap.
