Speaking of the ECP trains, I believe I saw it today. It left Sparwood followed by a Coal Mountain train. I only got to see the whole thing at Hosmer, it was powered by 4 units. 3 up front, 1 on the rear. It consisted of whiteish TILX cars.  
 
It got cleared all the way to Colvalli and I didn't feel like chasing it that far.
