I want to paint it in it's origanal reading paint, that way I have a matching set with the Docksider. I still might make 14 some day out of another docksider but if you want to do 14 you are more than welcome to.

Thanks for sharing the model photos, y'all.  I'm new to this site, but am a nearly life-long friend of the BR&W having grown up in Somerville (Finderne and Hillsborough).  I am now in Clemson, SC (Go Tigers!) but make it back "home" when I can.  I am sad to say I have never riden behind 60, but am excited about the nearing possibility.

I have done some modelling too -- but in HO.  I have 5 Athearn coaches on which I used Champ decals for the BR&W.  I've also kitbashed a Bachmann Spectrum 2-8-0.  The details are pretty good, albeit the boiler is a bit large and too tall.  I did not model the extended smokebox, but I think it came out pretty well anyway.  Y'all decide!

Lst one. I didn't model the extended coal bunker, either.  I see someone who posted before had a photo of the Weaver 2-8-0 -- which is a duplicate of the Spectrum model.  The tricky part (pun intended) was finding an appropriate stack -- not to mention ALL the other detail parts!

Wow that is really great, my jaw droped when I saw that last one. Do you have any thoughts on if you were to model the extended smoke box.
