Alright, I'll play...

My best guess is 1990, for the locomotive is an RS-1. I heard they were scrapped in '91, but I could very well be off on that. I sure wish they still had them. Great locomotives...

Colin, you're wrong. #57 is alive and well. Take a look. She resides in Quakertown, PA and is owned by the EPRY. Same goes for NH&I's 9423.

Looks like that picture was taken toward the end of 57s time at BRW.  Looks out of service.  Whats that hanging out of the stack? I would guess about 1995 or 1996.

Actually, the "D'OH" was referring to his first Pic that already had the date located in the lower right hand corner.

The Stack Cap is tied down. You can see the rope going over to the other side of the hood if you look closely.

This one is going to be tough to identify. I don't have a clue when that car was there. If nobody guesses right, you should then change it to WHERE was this taken. Between the trucks there appears to be some kind of step or incline. the backround is also clear. I know BRW pretty good, but I am stumped as to where you took it. The face on the car, I don't remember seeing that. By the way, the last one was good. The coach was somewhat hidden. I looked at it a few times before I ventured my guess. Good pictures. Jim.

By the way, I'm sure we all saw that 2002 next to the face that looks kind of like Popeye, but that paint might be a few years old. Does anyone know if these cars get repainted regularly due to graffitti, or does that stuff just stay on the cars until the weather wears it off? Jim Stevens.
