142 running tender first, kind of ironic since the real 142 never runs tender first.

I rode the last train to flemington in the Pennsy Caboose. All of a sudden I looked  down and there was no ground under the ties.

The two trains combined at the end of the day. There is going to be road work on the Road before the station so they had to leave 8151 in flemington so they could still do switching in three bridges.

Thats all folks

Looks like you rode the yellow caboose with the pine tree decal on it (I forget the road name)...

Good man, that has always been a favorite of mine... Heck, I had my birthday party in it when I was turning 7 years old. Brings back some memories.

Yes I did, The Maine Central Caboose. The conductor I was talking to on the tyrain said it was his favorite, so I rode on it. She has a big copula, which I like.

SGP, great pics. I did not see the HO stuff though no one was there so I did not want to walk in. It' s cool they combined the last train. I was curious of how they would do freight. The crew said they would be doing a system update, meaning they were pulling up the track at the crossing and doing what they had to do. The road is close today; there is a sign saying to find a new route

Aparently most of the owners of the privatly owned cabooses don't care to put them in acurete paint shemes.

From the HO layout in the shop. The trainman in this picture left early to help out with a charter in New Hope do any New Hope people reconize him?

Yes I have seen him at new hope, it was the day that the NH&I had the easter bunny special, then me and my dad, headed to the BR&W where they had the easter train down there.
