BC&A,

Can I have your permission to save some of those pictures and use them on my myspace/personal web space?  That's me that you caught hanging out the window of the Mason in front of the restoration shop, and quite frankly we were all too busy to get any good pictures.

Sure.... But be sure to credit the pictures to Dayton Blair.

Alright, it's probably going to take me a while to get the photos on here.
But until then, here are the videos I got at the B&O Steam Days on April 29.

http://video.google.com/videosearch?q=%22Jonathan+Eau+Claire%22+%2BB%26O+Museum+4%2F29%2F07&so=0&num=20

Footage includes 0-4-0T #4, the William Mason, and some extra stuff of the garden layout. Enjoy!

I was a tad disappointed with the crew on the Mason as it seems the crew of Little Lizzie wanted to start a whistling war but the Mason didn't answer back.

Jeez cut me some slack....#4 was answering me back, but I was a little busy stopping to keep up the whistle...lol

Anyhow The Tom Thumb is still operable, she should be out again sometime (although god willing not with me on the hateful little monster) right now we really only have enough crews to handle like 2 1/2 steamers, much less track space.  Give us time, the post collapse steam days events are still new and taking shape, we learn a little more each time.

As far as paint on the #4 while I personally agree with you I believe that she is as lettered as she will be for some time.

Sorry for the long wait, but here are the pictures from Steam Days.

We come inside the very impressive roundhouse (can't tell the old part from the rebuilt part)

The B&O 3684, although somewhat out of place, was certainly looking great in its new paint
