I dunno about you, but that looks like the cab end of a Baldwin S-12 coupled up to the 99, not an ALCO .

Here's a shot of former Canadian Pacific MLW RS3 # 8427. Painted in Crown Zellerbach Orange the 8427 is the only preserved C.P. RS3 . C.P. scrapped all of it's RS3's years ago and were it not for Crown Zellerbach purchasing her for use as a logging locomotive here on Vancouver Island, there's little doubt that she too would have been long gone by now.

Here's another interesting MLW it's Pacific Great Eastern RSC3 # 561. Shown here outside the former BC Rail Squamish shops this locomotive has been preserved by the WCRA and restored back to it's original PGE colors. The 561 is used as the primary yard engine at the WCRA's Squamish museum site, and occasionally for BCIT conductor training sessions.
